A delicious salty crispy snack, that increases your B vitamin intake. There are various ways to indulge in this guilt free seaweed snack, check out the recipe below.
Ingredients, 2 servings:
50g chopped dulse dash of sea salt
1 tablespoon sesame seed oil 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
Heat oil over medium heat in a wok or frying pan. Add dulse to the oil, with a dash of salt. Heat for a minute or two until crispy, moving regularly. Do not let it turn black. Drain on paper towels and immediately sprinkle with some sesame seeds and/or salt, if desired.
