Please ensure you've selected the correct shipping option for your chosen address to ensure that there is no delay processing your orders.
U.K.
For U.K sea vegetable pouch orders, we aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. For gel orders they will be dispatched Friday's as they are made to order for freshness. They are usually delivered with 1-2 days from dispatch including weekends. Please be aware that all orders can take up to 7 workings days before being dispatched, so please bare this in mind when you contact us regarding your order, we recommend allowing 7 days before contacting us. Volume of orders can increase the time your order is dispatched.

Europe.
European sea vegetable pouch orders, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Please note that it can take up to 7-10 working days to be delivered. We do not dispatch, Irish Moss Gel internationally due to the temperature sensitive nature of the product. 

U.S.A.
US orders on average are delivered within 7-15 working days from despatch. We do not dispatch, Irish Moss Gel internationally due to the temperature sensitive nature of the product. 

Rest Of The World.
Due to differing postal delivery services around the world, this time may vary widely but anticipate your package within 7-21 working days. We do not dispatch, Irish Moss Gel internationally due to the temperature sensitive nature of the product. If your delivery has not arrived within the stated time frame, please contact us.

Irish Moss Gels are made Sunday and Wednesday as all orders are made fresh for delivery. Please store your Irish Moss Gel in the coldest part of your fridge upon delivery, it can last up to 3 weeks in the fridge. Please note that warm fridge temperatures can decrease shelf life so please store correctly.

Please note we will no longer be checking if your address is correct, it is your responsibility to provide a correct address. We are not responsible for lost or returned parcels due to incorrect/insufficient addresses, or missed/non collected parcels, due to the perishable nature of Irish Moss. All parcels are sent with tracking information for you to track your order and update delivery options.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns, however if your item is damaged on arrive please send us an email with pictures within 48hrs and we will try to rectify it.

Customs delays and VAT charges
Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to customs and/or VAT charges and will be delivered duties unpaid. You must check before purchasing if any charges are applicable or whether these products are accepted into your country, as The Sea Moss Boss is not liable for this or charges. It is the sole responsibility of the customer.
