Rinse and soak 25g in spring water with key limes for a minimum of an 1hr.
Transfer to a stainless steel pot with enough water that sits an inch below the moss
Simmer on low heat for 20 mins, blend and store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Use in combination with a healthier lifestyle.
